Candidate Forum for upcoming Delta County Commissioner Recall Election
The Delta County League of Women Voters (DCLWV) in partnership with the American
Association of University Women (AAUW) announce a candidate forum for the upcoming Delta County Commissioner Recall Election on April 23, 2024, 7 p.m. at the Escanaba City Hall.
Due to the special nature of a recall election and space limitations, the forum will be closed to the public. LWV and AAUW recognize the high interest in this election and are providing public participation in other ways.
The public will be able to live-stream the forum on Spectrum channel 191, as well as on the City of Escanaba website https://www.youtube.com/@cityofescanaba2710/streams.
In addition, the forum will be recorded and posted to the League’s face book page
www.facebook.com/DeltaCountyLeagueofWomenVoters and website www.lwvdeltacounty.org.
The public is encouraged to submit questions by emailing them to: lwv.delta.2024forum@gmail.com prior to the forum on 4/23 or during the forum. We will be actively watching for questions during the forum. Our screeners will be onsite to view the questions and submit them for responses as is our normal procedure.
